I have been involved with the Tulalip Amphitheater since the inaugural performances by Trisha Yearwood on August 5th and 6th, 2005.
The Tulalip Amphitheater is a 2,500 seat outdoor venue located between the Tulalip Casino and Quil Ceda Village Outlet Mall.
Over the years, the amphitheater has undergone a natural transformation, playing host to such eclectic artists as Chris Brown, Trisha Yearwood, Ice Cube, Brian Mcknight, the Doobie Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Beach Boys, Billy Idol, Al Green, the Temptations & Four Tops, Melissa Etheridge, etc.
Initially responsible for local labor (Stagehands, Riggers, Spotlight Operators, etc.) I have seen my role grow alongside the amphitheater to include full scale concert lighting, VIP structures and lighting, fencing, barricade, tents, and production support.
Recently, Pyramid Staging also become the roof and stage supplier providing a 40x40 Medium Duty Total Structures Roof System and 40x40 Staging Concepts Stage with an ADA Ramp and 12x24 Sound Wings.
Throughout this page, you will find pictures that document the transformation and evolution of the venue from a grass field into one of the most popular concert venues in Washington State.
